Fresh Apple Mint Salsa

Ingredients

* 2 small tart apples, cored and chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
* 1/2 cup chopped red onion
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
* 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
* 1/4 cup honey
* 2 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients and serve with lamb.
